Charlotte has 15 years’ experience working with C-Level Executives and board members to strengthen and support business growth strategies. Charlotte’s role involves driving strategic initiatives and creating robust policies and procedures for operational excellence. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience with a proven track record of improving efficiency and fostering team collaboration, with a focus on delivering impactful results. Charlotte is passionate about empowering organisations through meticulous planning, strategic alignments and proactive support.

Ashlie leads the criminal and coronial division at McCollum Consultants, bringing extensive experience in managing complex criminal and coronial legal matters. Ashlie spent over six years at the National Crime Agency as a Forensic Medical Adviser, advising on forensic medical lines of enquiry, including engagement with medical experts. In this role, she specialised and was tactical lead for criminal medical malpractice investigations, advising on a number of high-profile investigations and public inquiries. She was also project lead for expert witness and pathology portfolio’s, managing a national list of independent forensic and medical expert witnesses.

Ms Dawn Murray is a highly experienced Registered General Nurse who leads the Nursing Division at McCollum Consultant, bringing nearly 30 years of expertise in clinical practice and healthcare management. She currently serves as Divisional Nurse Director at a leading NHS Foundation Trust in the North West. Her professional specialisms include acute medicine, harm-free care, infection prevention and control, and nursing leadership.

Anthony holds a First-Class Honours degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Salford and has over eight years of experience in customer-facing roles, alongside a strong background in business process improvement and strategic management. As part of his role, Anthony also supports instructing solicitors in serious clinical negligence and personal injury cases, advising on the most suitable expert witnesses for each matter. Additionally, he was instrumental in the transition of the business from Cardiovascular Advisors to McCollum Consultants, providing valuable insights to senior management and driving improvements in business processes and service efficiency.

Beth joined McCollum Consultants in July 2022 as a Case Manager and was promoted to Senior Case Manager in October 2023. Beth supports instructing parties in serious clinical negligence and personal injury cases, advising on the best experts and ensuring a high standard of work and that deadlines are met. She manages over 40 experts across four departments, including orthopaedic, radiology, cardiology and medical science. Beth also oversees the onboarding on new experts, welcoming them to the team and providing guidance and support to new experts.

Hannah joined McCollum Consultants in October 2022 as a Case Manager. She currently manages the following departments: Respiratory & Thoracic; Acute & General Internal Medicine; Anaesthetics & Intensive Care Medicine; Emergency Medicine; Haematology; and Physiotherapy. Within Hannah’s role at McCollum Consultants, she manages the entire caseload of medico-legal matters within these departments, liaising between our clients and medical experts to provide assistance and support.

Sophie joined McCollum Consultants in 2020 and is the team lead for General, Gastrointestinal (GI), and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery, as well as Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatology. She also manages Cancer & Oncology. Sophie case-manages approximately 30 experts and oversees a broad range of complex medico-legal cases, providing tailored, expert support to instructing parties across these highly specialised fields.
