Liver Transplant Expert Witnesses

A liver transplant is a major surgical procedure that can treat selected patients with severe liver disease or liver failure. During the operation, surgeons remove the diseased liver and replace it with a donor liver. Cases involving liver transplantation can raise complex medico-legal questions.
