Parkinson's disease is a progressive neurological disorder resulting from loss of dopamine-producing cells in the substantia nigra in the brain. Typical symptoms of Parkinson's disease include uncontrollable shaking (tremor), slow movements, and rigidity of the muscles. Parkinson's disease also presents with depression, loss of sense of smell, balance problems (falls), constipation, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, dysphagia, insomnia, and dementia.   Our expert witnesses are available to provide their expert medico legal opinion on cases involving a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, including it's diagnosis, management, and prognosis.
